Welcome to TinyMedicalApps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TinyMedicalApps digital health passport applications and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions regarding medical conditions or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information in your passport.

Emergency Situations

In a medical emergency, always call 999 or go to your nearest emergency department. The passport may contain emergency information, but it is not a substitute for professional emergency care.

Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the health information in your passport is accurate and up to date. TMA is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by TinyMedicalApps Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use our trademarks without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the Service

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the health information and other content you submit to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process this information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to submit the User Content
  • The User Content does not infringe any third party rights
  • The User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide notice where possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We recommend keeping offline copies of critical health information for situations where internet access is unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyMedicalApps Ltd shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyMedicalApps Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
